We hope that you will love your flowers as much as we have loved creating them, but we understand from time to time you may need to contact us due to damages or potential issues. Please email jade_schol@hotmail.co.uk

Should your item arrive damaged, we kindly ask that you contact us immediately and share images of the damaged items. We will then assess and get back to you promptly.
